    PROJECTS COMPLETED:

    All electrical and instrumentation projects  were completed within scope of BP Ataş Refinery Terminal Conversion Projects:

    AUTOMATION , TANK GAUGING AND PRODUCT METERING  INSTRUMENTATION:

    • Tank storage area central control room DCS (Emerson Delta-V) and emergency shutdown system (esd)
    • DCS system (Emerson Delta-V) for terminal truck loading area
    • Fiberoptic communication infrastructure for automation system
    • Automation system for emergency generator at  terminal main switch centre
    • Product storage tanks level gauging (RTG) system  (60 ea)
    • Product metering station for rail truck loading platform
    • Product storage tanks flame detection ( seal area) linear heat detection system  (20 ea)
    • Motor operated valves and remote control profibus installation for product storage tanks inlet and outlet lines (132 ea)
    • Additive system improvement at truck loading area
    • Fiberoptic communication infrastructure for automation system

    ELECTRICAL:

    • 6.6 kv transformer and switch centre for new storage area manifold
    • Central control room electrical installation
    • New switch centre mcc montaji and inverter installation for new product pumps
    • Electrical isolation of all motors, transformers,  switch centres, DCS (Rosemount RS-3) , boiler control system, all field instrumentation as a preparatoin for demolishing of refinery plant structures
    • Motor driver and control system installation at loading rack area.
    • Electrical installation of motors at  terminal area and  wharf area
    • Chemical storage building lighting system
    • Fence lighting system along the terminal fence including 174 ea. Lihting pole & armature, 6 ea electrical distribution panel  power and grounding installation.

    SAFETY  SYSTEMS:

    • Product storage tanks floating roof grounding system installation (rga)  (60 ea)
    • Product storage system tanks level alarm system(60 ea)
    • Smoke detection system (air sense) for 6.6 kv switch centre and boiler control room
    • Gas and flame detection system for terminal and wharf area. 60 ea. Gas, 30 ea. Flame dedector, 12 ea  horn and 12 ad.bacon.
    • İmprovement of grounding system of all storage tanks (70 ea) at terminal and wharf area.
    • Improvement of jetty structure groundıng

    SECURITY SYSTEMS:

    • Improvement of termınal fence CCTV ( existing cables replaced wıth fiberoptics and all cameras and central electronics renewed . 11.250 m  multicore fıberoptic cables installed and 35 camera renewed wıthın the scope of thıs project).
    • CCTV system for truck parking area and wharf storage area and jetty.
    • Automatic barier and fınger print id system for labratory personel main entrance.
    • Walkthrough metal detector system at terminal main entrance
